Grants of up to $10,000 are available for programming along the Buffalo River for Spring, Summer and Fall 2014.
Grants Available:
Signature Grants (In the amount of $5,000 – $10,000)
Intended for large-scale events or programs that will attract a wide and diverse audience and have the potential to become annual and/or self-sustaining.
Community Grants (In the amount of $500 or $1,000)
Intended for smaller-scale events and programs that will appeal to the surrounding neighborhoods.
Performance Grants (Paid on a per-performance basis)
New this year, ASI is assembling a roster of performers, artists, and performance groups to appear at events and programs throughout the season.

The 2014 Buffalo River Programming season has been expanded
from April 18 to November 1.

Silo City – The Buffalo River

Grants are available for organizations, performance groups, and individuals.

Pre-Submittal Conference – January 29, 2014 at 12PM
City of Night ASI will hold a non-mandatory pre-submittal conference on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at 12PM (noon) at 95 Perry Street, Suite 500, Buffalo, NY 14203.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about potential programming, sites, and/or submittal requirements of the RFP. While attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged.
Application Deadline – February 26, 2014 at 12PM
Respondents are required to submit one copy of the proposal in PDF form electronically as an attachment to an email sent to asiwnyinfo@gmail.com
prior to 12 pm noon EST on February 26, 2014.
Additionally, one printed copy of the application containing an original signature of the applicant must be postmarked by February 26, 2014 and sent to:

Proposals received electronically after 12 pm noon EST on February 26 will be automatically rejected without exception and without review.
